CITY Laundering is looking for versatile Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with individuals inside and outside of the organization, you will have a critical role in our continued rapid growth. This job may appeal to you if:

Duties and essential job functions
Manage Applicant Tracking System
Build pipelines of candidates
Screen, interview and/or pass candidates to their appropriate hiring manager while maintaining thorough communications with all parties
Analyze recruiting metrics and social media recruiting metric
Serve as the creative lead for new content for our target audiences
Design and execute effective sourcing strategies for candidate flow for all hiring managers
Work closely with HR to maintain communications and internal new employee policies
Present a professional and engaging experience to applicants via online and in person interactions
Communicate effectively via phone, in person, and in written material.
Create effective job postings and maintain posting and removing job postings
Assist with employee on-boarding and interview process
Ability to travel to off-site locations
Complete other duties as assigned by the Director of Communications

Minimum requirements
Amarketing, English,business, or human resource -related degree or equivalent professional qualification. Experience in all aspects of developing written content including the proofing/editing stage. Technical recruiting skills and relevant product and industry knowledge. Experience with relevant software applications. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and planning abilities. Strategic thinking, problem analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Able to work in a time sensitive environment involving frequent deadlines
Advanced time management, organization, and planning skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Self-motivated and organized- must be able to manage multiple projects on time
Ability to protect sensitive, confidential employee information
High proficiency with internet searches, platforms, and applicant tracking systems
2 years of experience preferred for Facebook and LinkedIn utilization
Strategic thinking, problem analysis and problem-solving abilities.
